Every face,
signed and licensed.
Every model in our library is a real person who signed a commercial license with Drape, in perpetuity, for use in AI-generated editorial imagery. We keep the receipts. You inherit the rights. No legal exposure ever lands on your brand.
What you receive when you generate with a Drape model
Full commercial rights to the generated images. Worldwide. In perpetuity. For any commercial use: e-commerce, advertising, print, social, OOH, packaging, broadcast.
An attached license certificate (PDF), per-frame, downloadable from your studio. Includes model ID, generation timestamp, brand kit, and the chain-of-license back to the original signature.
Indemnity protection: if any legal claim is brought against you regarding the identity rights of a Drape model, we step in and defend. Our public commitment, our legal cost.
How we license models
Every model in our library is scouted, contracted, and paid by Drape directly. We use the EU Standard Model Release template, adapted for AI training and inference. Each model agrees specifically and explicitly to: training, inference, derivative works, and commercial use by Drape customers, in perpetuity, worldwide.
Models are paid an upfront license fee at signature and a recurring royalty for every 1,000 frames generated featuring their identity. This is the first per-frame royalty model in the AI fashion space, and we are very proud of it.
What we never do
We never train on scraped Instagram, Pinterest, or Getty images.
We never train on celebrities, public figures, or people who did not explicitly sign with us.
We never license to customers a model whose paperwork is not 100% complete and verified.
