The agreement,
in plain language.

If you use Drape, you accept the terms below. We wrote them ourselves, in the language a working designer would actually read. The legalese in 30-point font is at the bottom for completeness.

1. Who we are, who you are

Drape Studio is operated by Syntranova AL Ltd, Cyprus (HE 485824). "We" / "Drape" / "us" means that company. "You" means the person or business operating an atelier on drape.studio.

2. What you can do with Drape

Generate editorial frames, save them, export them, push them to your store, sell products with them, build a brand book with them, use them in your printed catalogue. Every image generated by your atelier is yours — full commercial rights, worldwide, in perpetuity, royalty-free. We will never come back asking for a license fee.

3. What you cannot do with Drape

Generate explicit, illegal, deceptive, or impersonating content. Specifically: no CSAM, no deepfakes of real people without their written consent, no content designed to defraud, no political deepfakes, no copyrighted character imitation without rights.

Train another generative model on Drape outputs to compete with us. Use Drape, do not copy it.

Share your API keys publicly or with parties outside your team. We will revoke keys that appear in GitHub.

4. Subscription & cancellation

Plans are monthly or annual, billed in euros, charged via Stripe Ireland. You can cancel at any time from your studio settings — monthly plans cancel instantly, annual plans pro-rate. We do not require you to email anyone, fill a form, or call a number.

5. Refunds

Fourteen-day no-questions refund on first month. After that, we refund any unused portion if you cancel mid-billing-period. If Drape goes down for more than four hours in a billing period, we refund pro-rata automatically.

6. Acceptable use

We may suspend your atelier if you violate Section 3, or if you exceed the rate limit of your plan by more than 200%. We will email you first, in your language, with a real human as the sender.

7. Our liability

Drape is provided as a service. We work hard to keep it operational (see our public status page). If something breaks, our liability is capped at the amount you have paid us in the previous twelve months. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or campaign launches you scheduled too tight.

8. Changes

We will email you 30 days before any change to these terms. We will not change the commercial license retroactively. Frames you generated yesterday remain yours under yesterday's terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by Cyprus law. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Nicosia, unless you are a consumer in the EU — in which case you may also bring the case in your country of residence.
